- For the provider of owners corporation management services to 44 Owners Corporations, developed a services catalogue and cost allocation model, outlining key services delivered, deliverable objective and assets used to deliver them
Western Leisure Services (Wyndham City Council)
- Created a “Service Planning Costing Methodology” in order for the council to determine the true cost of service delivery and to become more fully customer focused
- For a major acquisiton, developed a 10 year financial model that included a cashflow and profit & loss forecast with scenario functionality in order to quantify the operating risks
- Evaluated the governance and operations of the $100m acquatic and leisure centre assets, including internal growth and cost savings opportunities
Mitchell Shire Council
- Designed a tailored Service Focused Business Planning Framework to faciliate service costing for Council’s services. This included developing a Customer Focused Integrated Planning Approach to identify how a “Service Focused” planning framework could operate.
