Summary
Jeff Webb, Managing Director, leads JNW’s senior-led delivery model and is personally involved in all client engagements, ensuring consistent quality, independence and trusted advice at Board and executive level. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience, most in “Big 4” accounting firms. Jeff leads JNW’s service delivery and is hands-on in every engagement.
He is known for his practical, considered approach and his focus on delivering high-quality, personalised outcomes that simplify complexity and create sustainable value. Jeff has advised listed companies, councils, regulators, small businesses and elite sporting organisations across corporate governance, strategy, risk management, procurement, business continuity, regulatory compliance, acquisitions and internal controls.
Drawing on extensive Board and Audit Committee experience, he brings strong better-practice insight and a deep,
strategic understanding of operational and regulatory challenges to make an immediate, meaningful impact.

Joe Carbone

Summary
Joe is an experienced Board Director and Chief Executive who has held senior leadership roles across three industry sectors – Local Government, Health Care and Retail/ Manufacturing. With over 35 years as a senior executive leader, he is highly regarded as an inspirational and innovative leader and advisor, with valuable insights into the attainment of key strategic organizational advancements in efficiency, effectiveness and stakeholder management.
Transitioning from his CEO roles (recently with the City of Whittlesea and previously at Manningham City Council and The Royal Victorian Eye; Ear Hospital), he has built a portfolio of Director Appointments.
This enables Joe to provide practical, strategic focused, board governance intelligence.

Peter Wagner
Senior Consultant
Summary
Peter specialises in developing and implementing bespoke safety strategy, leadership, cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
He is a highly regarded thought leader in Workplace Health and Safety. Peter’s particular expertise includes engaging with executive teams and boards to correctly position and design safety strategies within the context of the overall business vision and values. Given directors personal liability risk, he delivers safety compliance in conjunction with improved people and business outcomes.
He has worked across a range of industries including Government, Water, Mining, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Retail and Hospitality, and has held several general manager roles in Safety, Human Resources, Change Management and Industrial Relations with some of Australia’s best known blue chip organizations.
